    “The more troubling aspects of the Armstrong case are the allegations that he harassed and intimidated team members and potential whistle-blowers.”

    They aren’t just allegations; they are proven fact. All you have to do is look at the defamation suits filed by Armstrong against those who asserted–correctly–that he doped. Does that change your take?
